On Thursday, December 5th your local law enforcement will take "protect and serve" to a whole new level by serving their local community for the Tip-A-Cop fundraiser at Black Angus Steakhouse Bakersfield. All tips officers collect will benefit the Special Olympics! This event raises money to help provide local athletes with FREE year round training and competitions.
